Pulse Growth Refund, Cancellation, Free Trial & Billing Policy

This Refund, Cancellation, Free Trial & Billing Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products and services provided by PulseGrowth, including but not limited to software access, subscriptions, onboarding, implementation, consulting, automation builds, digital assets, AI services, and usage-based services.

By purchasing, accessing, starting a free trial, or using PulseGrowth services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this Policy in full.

1. Nature of Services: PulseGrowth provides access to proprietary cloud-based software, automation systems, digital products, intellectual property, and professional services.

Due to the digital, intellectual, and time-based nature of these services, once access is granted, setup begins, or resources are allocated, services are considered delivered, initiated, and non-reversible.

2. Strict No Refund Policy: All payments made to PulseGrowth are final and non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, annual)

  • Setup, onboarding, or implementation fees

  • Custom automations, workflows, snapshots, or integrations

  • Consulting sessions, strategy calls, or done-for-you services

  • AI, voice, messaging, or automation usage fees

  • Add-ons, upgrades, or third-party service costs

No refunds, credits, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, non-use, misunderstanding of features, or changes in business needs or expectations.

3. Subscription Cancellation (Not a Refund): Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing only

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • No prorated refunds or credits are provided

Failure to cancel before the billing date does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Setup, Onboarding & Implementation Services: Setup, onboarding, and implementation services involve planning, labor, technical configuration, and allocation of resources.

Once these services begin:

  • Fees are fully earned and non-refundable

  • Client delays do not pause billing

  • Failure to provide access, assets, approvals, or timely responses does not qualify for refunds or credits

  • Changes in scope, business direction, staffing, or priorities do not qualify for refunds

5. Setup, Onboarding & Implementation Services: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, approvals, and materials promptly.

Delays caused by the client, including lack of response or incomplete information:

  • Do not stop or pause billing

  • Do not automatically extend timelines

  • Do not qualify for refunds, credits, or discounts

6. No Guarantees or Results Disclaimer: PulseGrowth makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding outcomes or results, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue or profit

  • Leads or appointments

  • Conversion rates

  • Rankings, traffic, or visibility

  • Business growth or performance

Results depend on multiple external factors outside PulseGrowth’s control, including market conditions, compliance requirements, ad platforms, client execution, and third-party services.

Refunds will not be issued based on perceived or actual results.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: By purchasing PulseGrowth services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

Any chargeback or payment reversal:

  • Constitutes a material breach of this agreement

  • May result in immediate suspension or termination of access

  • May incur recovery, administrative, legal, and processing fees

  • Will be disputed with supporting documentation

8. Third-Party Services & Usage Fees: PulseGrowth may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, including messaging providers, AI services, payment processors, and advertising platforms.

  • All third-party fees are non-refundable

  • PulseGrowth is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or policy updates

  • Usage-based charges remain payable regardless of performance or results

9. Free Trial & Access-Based Assurance (Not a Refund): PulseGrowth may offer a 14-day free trial to new customers.

The free trial is provided solely to allow evaluation of the platform’s interface and core functionality. During the free trial period:

  • No payment is collected

  • Setup, onboarding, automation builds, custom configurations, or done-for-you services are not included

  • Usage-based services (including messaging, AI, voice, or third-party tools) may be limited or disabled

Once the free trial ends and a paid subscription begins, all payments become final and non-refundable.

10. Access-Based Assurance (No Refund): For new accounts only, PulseGrowth provides a limited 14-day access-based assurance, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • No setup, onboarding, or implementation has started

  • No custom automations, workflows, snapshots, or configurations have been delivered

  • No usage-based costs (including AI, messaging, voice, email, or third-party services) have been incurred

  • No data exports, cloning, replication, or reuse of systems have occurred

Once any setup begins or usage occurs, all fees are immediately deemed earned and non-refundable.

This assurance:

  • It is not a money-back guarantee

  • Does not apply to existing customers, renewals, upgrades, or add-ons

  • Is offered solely at PulseGrowth’s discretion

11. Policy Updates: PulseGrowth reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time.

Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
