Our billing team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 1–2 business days.
Upon confirmation, you will receive instructions to complete payment of the monthly account parking fee.
Account parking is subject to a monthly parking fee of $40 per month
Parking fees must be paid in advance to activate the parking account
Failure to pay the parking fee may result in permanent account deletion
Platform access will be temporarily disabled
You will not be able to log in, access data, or make changes
Automations, messaging, and usage-based services will be paused
Data will be retained for the approved parking duration only
If you wish to reactivate your account before the 6-month parking period expires, simply email:

Parking will be removed
Your original subscription billing will resume
Full platform access and functionality will be restored
Account parking is limited to a maximum of 6 months
At the end of the 6 months, the account will be automatically reactivated
Billing will automatically resume at the original subscription rate

Billing, access, and support are handled directly by HighLevel
PulseGrowth has no further control over the account
Differences in features or functionality post-transfer
Platform pricing, billing, or usage costs charged by HighLevel
System behaviour, performance, or errors after transfer
Ongoing support, maintenance, or troubleshooting
The client accepts full responsibility once the account is transferred.
6. Intellectual Property After Transfer
All PulseGrowth proprietary assets — including but not limited to:
Custom snapshots
Automations
Workflows
System configurations
Non-payment
Chargebacks or disputes
Policy violations
Abuse of platform resources
Fraudulent or unlawful activity
