Pulse Growth Cancellation, Account Parking & Platform Transfer Policy

This Cancellation, Account Parking & Platform Transfer Policy (“Policy”) explains how cancellations, account parking, and platform transfers are handled for PulseGrowth accounts operating on the HighLevel platform.

By using PulseGrowth services, you agree to this Policy in full.

1. Subscription Cancellation: Clients may cancel their PulseGrowth subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future recurring charges only

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time

All fees paid before cancellation are final and non-refundable, in accordance with PulseGrowth's Billing & Refund Policy.

2. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation or non-renewal:

  • Platform access will be disabled at the end of the billing period

  • Automations, workflows, snapshots, and configurations may be removed

  • PulseGrowth is not responsible for data loss after deactivation

Clients are responsible for exporting any permitted data before cancellation takes effect.

3. Account Parking (Optional Service): Setup, onboarding, and implementation services involve planning, labor, technical configuration, and allocation of resources.Clients who cancel but wish to temporarily retain their account data without active platform access may request Account Parking, subject to approval.

Account Parking:

  • Disables active use of the platform

  • Preserves account data for a limited time

  • Does not include access, support, or usage

A monthly parking fee applies to all parked accounts.
Failure to pay the parking fee may result in permanent account deletion.

PulseGrowth reserves the right to determine parking eligibility and duration.

Account Parking Process (PulseGrowth)

If you wish to park your PulseGrowth account to retain your data without active platform access, please follow the process outlined below.

How to Request Account Parking

  1. Send an email to

    from the email address associated with your PulseGrowth account.

  2. In the subject line, write:
    “Account Parking Request”

  3. In the email body, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your PulseGrowth account email or username

  • The duration for which you would like to park your account
    (up to a maximum of 6 months)

Request Review & Confirmation

  • Our billing team will acknowledge receipt of your request within 1–2 business days.

  • Upon confirmation, you will receive instructions to complete payment of the monthly account parking fee.

Account Parking Fee

  • Account parking is subject to a monthly parking fee of $40 per month

  • Parking fees must be paid in advance to activate the parking account

  • Failure to pay the parking fee may result in permanent account deletion

During the Parking Period

  • Platform access will be temporarily disabled

  • You will not be able to log in, access data, or make changes

  • Automations, messaging, and usage-based services will be paused

  • Data will be retained for the approved parking duration only

Reactivation of a Parked Account

If you wish to reactivate your account before the 6-month parking period expires, simply email:

Once confirmed:

  • Parking will be removed

  • Your original subscription billing will resume

  • Full platform access and functionality will be restored

Automatic Reactivation After 6 Months

  • Account parking is limited to a maximum of 6 months

  • At the end of the 6 months, the account will be automatically reactivated

  • Billing will automatically resume at the original subscription rate

  • No refunds or credits apply for resumed billing

Important Notes

  • Account parking is optional and subject to PulseGrowth approval

  • Parking does not constitute cancellation or termination

4. Platform Transfer to HighLevel (Client-Requested)

If a client requests to transfer their account directly to HighLevel, the following terms apply:

  • All fees previously paid to PulseGrowth remain final and non-refundable

  • A one-time platform transfer fee applies

  • Transfer fees must be paid in full before any transfer is initiated

  • PulseGrowth is not required to perform transfers unless fees are settled

Once the transfer is completed:

  • PulseGrowth’s responsibilities immediately and permanently end

  • Billing, access, and support are handled directly by HighLevel

  • PulseGrowth has no further control over the account

5. Scope & Limitations of Transfers : PulseGrowth does not guarantee that all data, automations, workflows, or configurations will transfer exactly as-is.
PulseGrowth is not responsible for:

  • Differences in features or functionality post-transfer

  • Platform pricing, billing, or usage costs charged by HighLevel

  • System behaviour, performance, or errors after transfer

  • Ongoing support, maintenance, or troubleshooting

The client accepts full responsibility once the account is transferred.

6. Intellectual Property After Transfer

All PulseGrowth proprietary assets — including but not limited to:

  • Custom snapshots

  • Automations

  • Workflows

  • System configurations

remain the intellectual property of VF Agency Inc., unless explicitly licensed in writing.

Unauthorised reuse, duplication, or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Account Termination by PulseGrowth

PulseGrowth reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for reasons including:

  • Non-payment

  • Chargebacks or disputes

  • Policy violations

  • Abuse of platform resources

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity

Termination does not entitle the client to refunds or credits.

8. Outstanding Fees

All outstanding balances, usage charges, parking fees, or transfer fees remain payable upon cancellation, parking, or termination.

PulseGrowth reserves the right to pursue the collection of unpaid amounts.

9. Policy Updates

PulseGrowth may modify this Policy at any time.

Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
